2011年德国0104：H4肠出血性大肠杆菌感染暴发疫情报告 被引量：4

摘要 大肠杆菌（Escherichia．Coli）是一种在人和温血动物肠道内常见的细菌。大多数大肠杆菌菌株不会致病，然而有一些菌株，例如肠出血性大肠杆菌（Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli，EHEC）可通过污染食物感染人类，引起食源性疾病，临床以胃肠道症状多见，可出现血性腹泻，重者可发展成严重威胁生命的溶血性尿毒综合征（HUS）。
