摘要
苹果和土壤中溴氰菊酯残留经乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土柱净化后,用气相色谱法检测。结果表明,溴氰菊酯标准曲线的线性范围为0.05～0.8 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 8,溴氰菊酯在上述样品中平均添加回收率(0.005～0.4 mg/kg)在96.44%～11 1.82%之间,变异系数最大为4.55%。该方法测定结果准确度高,试剂用量少,操作简单、快速。
Deltamethrin residue in apple and soil was extracted with acetonitrile, and was determined by gas chromatograph after cleaned up with florisil column. The results showed that the recovery of the method was 96.44%-111.82%,with RSD being 1.21%-4.55%, the linear range of working curve was 0.005-0.4 mg/kg,and the linear correlation was 0.999 8. The method had merits of simplicity, accuracy and rapidity.
