摘要
在介绍7.63m焦炉PROven系统工艺原理的基础上,分析了该自动控制系统的软硬件结构,并对实现碳化室压力自动调节的PID算法进行了深入研究,优化其控制参数,达到了稳定炉压的目的。
The PROven system technology for a 7.63m coking oven was introduced,including the analysis of its software and hardware architecture;the PID control algorithm for auto-regulation of coke oven carbonization chamber pressure was studied to optimize its control parameters and stabilize the pressure.
