摘要
采用分段模糊调节和PID调节组成的串级调节系统,克服了由于环境温度及物料温度设定值变化等因素对滚筒内物料温度控制造成的影响,较好地实现了以为水加热介质的滚筒内物料熔化过程中二次介质温度的设定。
A cascade control system consisting of section fuzzy tuning and PID tuning was proposed to eliminate the influences from the ambient temperature and the setting of material temperature in roller.The system can bring about an ideal regulatory result.
