摘要
运用Aspen Plus模拟平台的优化功能,以能耗最小为目标,产品质量为约束,建立了乙腈精制工艺的全流程优化模型。模拟优化结果同时得到了所有调节变量的最优操作点,为装置的整体设计和操作优化提供了依据。
Basing on the Aspen Plus simulation platform,the optimization model boasting of eight manipulated variables to minimize energy consumption and to improve products quality was established for acetonitrile purification process.The application results prove its energy-saving effects and the optimal operating points of all manipulated variables can be obtained simultaneously,this can benefit the unit design and optimization.
