摘要
设计了基于FPGA和模拟示波器的多速率逻辑分析仪系统,重点阐述了硬件和固件的设计思想。仿真和测试表明,系统具有结构简单、成本低、捕获速度快及扩充通道方便等特点。
The design philosophy for multi-rate logic analyzer based on FPGA and analog oscilloscope was expounded.Both simulation and testing results prove a simple structure and low cost,high capture speed and extendibility of the system and the stability of logic analyzer.
