摘要
针对稠油开采过程中易出现的井堵问题,结合空心杆掺水稠油开采工艺,将实时注水流量作为井堵判断依据,基于PLC和单片机开发出经济型防堵预警系统。根据所选流量计脉冲输出信号宽度为4ms而周期较长的特点设计展宽电路,利用普通I/O口实现高速脉冲计数功能;PLC根据实测瞬时流量与设定流量下限阈值的比较,自动判断井况;基于单片机利用GSM模块实现预警短信发送,将就地声光报警与远程短信息报警有机结合。
Considering the oilwell blockage in thickened oil production,and basing on the technology of watering the thickened oil via hollow rod and the water injection rate to judge oilwell blockage,a PLC and SCM-based EWS(Early Warning System) was presented,in which,the circuit which broadening the pulse signal of flow meter was designed and the general I/O was employed to implement a high-speed pulse counting;and by comparing the monitored signal with the setting threshold,the PLC can judge running state of production;and the SCM-based GSM can send warning information;and the warning model of sound-light and GSM was dynamic integrated.
