摘要
针对传统原油检测计量效率低及测量误差大等实际问题,根据油水界面的特点,基于电磁波在多相介质中传播的差异特性,提出了一种新型原油储罐油水界面测量系统,采用矩阵电磁传感器来实现对原油层、油水混合层和水层的检测。实际投运表明,该系统能够在线实时对储罐液面进行测量,液面总高度的测量误差为±5mm,多相介质界面参数的测量误差为0.25%。
Considering the inefficiency and error in present crude oil measurement,and basing on the difference of electromagnetic wave propagation in multiphase medium,a new measurement system for crude oil storage tank water-oil interface was proposed to detect crude oil,water-oil and water layers by employing a matrix electromagnetic sensor.The application shows that a ±5mm measurement error for liquid height and a 0.25% measurement error for multiphase medium can be achieved by this system.
