摘要
以黄淮流域大面积推广的强筋型冬小麦品种郑麦366和中筋型冬小麦品种矮抗58为试验材料,分别测定其旗叶中叶绿素和丙二醛的含量。结果表明:随着小麦生育期的推进,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量的变化规律大体一致,均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,花期达到最大值;在生育前期,郑麦366的3种色素含量均高于矮抗58,而到生育后期则相反;花后20 d,两个品种旗叶中丙二醛含量均急剧增加,但郑麦366增加得更快。
The paper studied the chlorophyll and malondialdehyde content of flag leaf with 2 varieties(strong-gluten winter wheat Zhengmai366 and middle-gluten winter wheat Aikang58 planted for large area in Yellow River).The results showed that chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content presented identical trend with upward trend before anthesis and downward trend after anthesis.Two varieties had some difference,three pigment contents of Zhengmai366 were higher than those of Aikang58 in early stage,while the latter was contrary.Malondialdehyde content of two varieties flag leaf rose fast at 20 d after anthesis,but Zhengmai366 rose faster.
