西南高原区玉米地方品种农艺性状相关性及灰色关联度分析 被引量:4

摘要 对76份西南高原区玉米地方品种的主要农艺性状与穗粒重进行相关性及灰色关联度分析。相关性分析结果表明,穗粒重与百粒重、行粒数、穗长、穗粗、叶片数等9个性状均呈极显著正相关。灰色关联度分析结果表明,各性状与单穗粒重的关联程度依次为百粒重>穗长>行粒数>穗粗>叶片数>穗位高>株高>生育期>穗行数。在西南高原生态区,籽粒性状是影响玉米产量的主要因素,在育种中应以百粒重、穗长和行粒数为主要选择目标,适当选择穗粗、叶片数和穗位高的品种,同时也要注重其他性状的选择。 The report is based on analysis of correlation and grey correlative degree between yield per ear and nine central agronomic characteristics of 76 maize landraces,collected from Southwest plateau ecological region of China.The correlation coefficient analysis results showed that the largest contribution for the yield is 100-grain weight,the following is row-grain number,ear length,ear diameter,leaf number,and the correlation value showed highly significant differences at 1% level.The grey correlative degree analysis results indicated that the correlative degree of characters in turn is 100-kernel weight,ear length,kernel number per row,ear diameter,leaf number,ear height,plant height,growing period and row number.Therefore,in Southwest plateau ecological region of China,increasing 100-grain weight,ear length and kernel number of per row,enhancing ear diameter,leaf number and ear height are effective approach to get high-yield of maize landraces.At the same time,the other traits should be considered.
