摘要
紫芝是我国特有的珍稀食药用真菌种类之一。为保护我国种质资源,促进紫芝产业发展,综述了紫芝的生物学特性、营养活性成分、药理作用以及包括品种、子实体和菌丝体生产等产业化技术方面的研究进展,提出了紫芝研究中存在的主要问题,并进行了展望。
Ganoderma sinense,an endemic species,is one of the edible and pharmaceutical fungi of China.In order to promote the preservation of germplasm resources and the industrial development of Ganoderma sinense,the biological characteristics,nutritional components,pharmacology and industrialization technology of this species were reviewed.The progress on the selection on the breed,fruiting body production and mycelium production are also summarized.The main problems and the prospect in its research and development were discussed.
