摘要 结合复卷机的工作过程及其高精度要求,以S7-300PLC为核心,运用G120和MP277,通过PROFINET通信协议实现了复卷机与PLC之间的通信,系统的配置和组态由STEP7完成。详细介绍了底辊负荷分配、退纸辊张力控制和压纸辊压力控制的实现方法及其流程。实际运行证实了该系统运行稳定、可靠,控制精度也较高。 Considering the working process and high precision of paper rewinder,the communication between rewinder and PLC was attained by having S7-300PLC,G120 and MP277 and Profinet communication protocol based and the system configuration finished through STEP7;and the load distribution over lower rolls,the reeling-off tension control and the feed roller pressure control were expounded.Its application in a 4200/2000 high speed rewinder proves the stability and reliability of this system.
