摘要
近年来我国乳品加工业发展迅速,企业规模不断扩大,行业集中度有所提高,整体加工能力大幅度提升,但乳品加工业的主要加工设备依靠进口,科技创新能力不容乐观。总结了乳品加工企业的现状,分析了乳品加工业的技术情况,提出了乳品加工业的科技需求。
The development of dairy processing industry is rapid,the size of dairy processing enterprises is expanding,industry concentration has increased,and the whole processing capacity has greatly increased in recent years.But the current situation on science and technology of dairy processing industry is not optimistic.Generalized the dairy market and dairy processing enterprises,analyzed the present situation on science and technology of dairy processing industry and put forward the demand of science and technology in dairy processing industry.
