600Hz方波连续音对真鲷幼鱼驯化效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解600 Hz方波连续音对真鲷(Chrysophrys major)幼鱼的驯化效果,在实验室条件下对体长4.4~6.6 cm、体重3.0~4.8 g的南海真鲷幼鱼进行音响驯化试验,连续8 d、每天4次放声结合投饵进行驯化,1次只放声不投饵的检验试验;利用Origin软件中的Gaussion模型对试验鱼空间位置分布数据进行曲线回归分析。结果表明:对照组真鲷幼鱼在水池内基本呈随机分布;试验组真鲷幼鱼听到声音会迅速向声源靠近并聚集在诱集区内,驯化第1~8 d,真鲷幼鱼出现频次最大的区域分别距离水池中心点88.45、82.34、75.18、73.09、70.05、69.74、66.70、72.09 cm;反应时间和聚集时间呈逐渐缩短的趋势,在驯化第4、5 d起达到并维持在最佳状态,从第2 d起极显著低于对照组;停留时间和聚集率呈逐渐增加的趋势,在驯化第5 d起达到并维持在最佳状态,试验期间极显著高于对照组。表明600 Hz方波连续音对真鲷幼鱼具有明显的驯化效果。建立条件反射后,每天1次只放声不投饵,23 d后声音刺激对真鲷幼鱼不再有诱集作用。 In order to achieve the attractive effect of acoustic taming through rectangular continuant at 600 Hz on juvenile red seabream Chrysophrys major,the behavior of C.major parr of 4.4~6.6 cm body length and 3.0~4.8 g weight from South China Sea were acoustic tamed continuously for 8 days,acoustic tame for 4 times and broadcast without bait 1 time each day under laboratory conditions.At the same time,a control experiment was set up.The spatial distribution frequency dates of C.major were analyzed by Gaussion model in origin software.The results showed that fish in control group distributed randomly,fish in trial group was gathered together in the lure area when broadcast the sound.The distances of trial group were 88.45,82.34,75.18,73.09,70.05,69.74,66.70,72.09 cm away from the center of tank from 1st to 8th day respectively.Response time and aggregation time were gradually decreased and kept in low values which were the best state from 4th and 5th day,it's extremely significant lower than control group from 2nd day(P0.01).Residence time and aggregation ratio were gradually increased and kept in high values which were the best state from 5th day,it's extremely significant higher than control group during the whole experimental period(P0.01).It illustrated that rectangular continuant at 600 Hz had a distinct attractive effect on juvenile C.major and the conditional reflex was established after 5 days of acoustic tame.Broadcast rectangular continuant at 600 Hz without bait 1 time each day after conditional reflex was established on C.major,the sound had no attractive effect on C.major 23 days later.
