海洋经济发展战略列入我国"十二五"规划,金融支持对渔业的产业整合和优化升级具有先导性作用,但我国渔业中小企业融资难的问题长期存在。分析渔业供应链的结构和运作特点,提出渔业供应链金融的应用原理和实施条件;针对渔业供应链的生产、加工、销售等环节的融资需求,分析设计供应链金融应用模式;最后,以广东湛江某水产专业市场的供应链金融实践为例,对供应链金融应用模式和实际效果进行分析。

The development of marine economy has been mentioned in China＇s＂Twelve Five＂ plan,financial support for the integration of fisheries industry and has a leading role in the optimization and upgrading.This paper analyzes the structure and operational characteristics of fisheries supply chain,analyzes fisheries supply chain principles and implementation of financial condition,puts forward supply chain finance application mode for production,processing and marketing.Finally,a fish market in Zhanjiang has been analysed as a case in practice about supply chain application.
