摘要
通过偏最小二乘回归方法对由FIA分析系统得到的FIA峰和混合碱中NaOH和Na_2CO_3浓度的对数之间进行拟合,间接得到锅炉水中NaOH和Na_2CO_3的含量。实验和数据处理结果表明,在NaOH和Na_2CO_3,浓度都为2~100mg/L的锅炉水样中,使用KS-PLSR检测出的两者的平均相对误差分别为1.10%和2.01%,说明KS-PLSR方法对锅炉水碱度检测的有效性。
Through PLSR method,having the FIA peak area and the logarithms of Na2 CO3 and NaOH mixed bases fitted so as to measure Na2CO3 and NaOH contents in boiler water indirectly.Both experimental and analytical results show that when measuring the boiler water sample which boasting of 2 to 100mg/L Na2CO3 and NaOH respectively,the average relative errors with the KS-PLSR method are 1.10%and 2.01%respectively, this proves the effectiveness of KS-PLSR method in measuring boiler water basicity.
