提出了一种带夹套的反应釜温度控制系统及控制方法:通过测温装置测得的反应釜和夹套内的实时温度,采用串级PID控制方法控制夹套内的温度,从而控制反应釜内的温度。

The temperature control system and temperature control method for jacketed reactors were presented to have the real-time temperature between the reactor and the jacket measured with the temperature device and jacket temperature controlled with cascade PID so that the temperature inside the reactor can be controlled as required.
