摘要
以维生素C、3-O-烷基维生素C醚等衍生物和杜鹃花酸为原料制备了系列新型的维生素C衍生物AG1、AG2,探讨了溶剂、酶催化剂的种类等因素对反应的影响,发现以NOVO 435为酶催化剂,在叔戊醇介质中进行反应时转化率相对较高.具体反应条件如下:酶催化剂NOVO 435加入量为8%、维生素C和杜鹃花酸摩尔比为1.1∶1、T=45℃、t=24 h,产率为36.2%.并利用HNMR谱对AG1的结构进行了鉴定,证明合成了预期结构的产物.此外还对其体外抗氧化活性进行了研究,证明其抗氧化效果良好,初步判断可作为化妆品中的美白原料使用.
Ascorbic acid and azelaic acid were used as reactant,the new L-Ascorbic acid derivatives AG1AG2 were synthesized by using immobilized lipase in organic solvent.Several factors,such as solvent,temperature etc have been investigated.The results showed the optimal condition was obtained when the amount of lipase Novo 435 is 8% of reactants,and the solvent isomylalcohol,the temperature is 45 ℃,the time is 24 h,the recovery of product is about 36.2%.Identified the structure of A1 by HNMR,The results showed the expected structure product have been got.Their antioxidant properties were evaluated by three methods:scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical,DPPH radical.The results showed that those two VC derivatives had significant antioxidative properties.
