Collapse of the USSR and Evolution of Civilization:from a Perspective of Max Weber in His Essays on Russian Revolution

Since the collapse of the USSR at the end of 1991, scholars have analyzed reasons of this historical event from different perspectives, among which ideological analysis has taken a prominent role. However, all these analyses are trapped in tautological defaults. On the other hand, those analyses based on certain facts, usually stops at so-called hind-sighted description, failing to provide effective explanations. So, from the perspective of social sciences, what on earth does the collapse of the USSR mean？ Max Weber has offered us a unique perspective in his essays on Russian revolution.
