福建若干菜地土壤和蔬菜中砷含量分析

Arsenic Content Analysis of Several Vegetable Land and Vegetables in Fujian

对福建若干菜地耕作层土壤、剖面土壤样品及蔬菜样品中砷(As)含量进行分析,结果表明:菜地耕作层土壤总As含量在3.79～13.21mg.kg-1范围内,总As含量符合福建省地方标准的一级土壤标准或二级土壤标准,As污染指数P在0.26～0.88范围内,P<1,未受到As的污染;菜地土壤总As在土层中的分布状况为底土层>心土层>耕作层。As在蔬菜不同部位的分布规律为:根>茎>叶或根>叶>茎。

By analyzing and comparing the arsenic content in the soil from a plough layer,a soil profile and a vegetable sample,all taking from several vegetable land in the Province of Fujian,we found that the total arsenic content in the plough layer of the cropland ranged from 3.79 to 13.21 mg·kg-1,which accorded with the first level and the second of Fujian soil standard.Arsenic pollution index（P） in the plough layer ranged from 0.26 to 0.88（P1）,which indicated zero pollution of the arsenic in the soil.The content of total arsenic was found the most abundant in the substratum,second most in the subsoil layer,and the least in the cultivated horizon.In different parts of the vegetable,the distribution of the arsenic content followed the rule（ranking from the most to the least）： root,stem,leaf or root,leaf,and stem.
