贯新克对鼻咽癌放疗术后皮肤损伤的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of combined with compound vitamin solution use in skin lesions postoperative radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨贯新克对鼻咽癌放疗术后照射野皮肤损伤的疗效。方法对40例行鼻咽癌放疗术后出现皮肤损伤的患者,在常规护理的基础上应用贯新克喷剂局部喷涂,观察局部肿胀的缓解情况、创面的愈合时间。并与常规皮肤护理方法处理的40例进行对照分析。结果应用贯新克喷剂局部喷涂一周后总有效率(95.77%),明显高于对照组(78.34%)。结论根据放疗术后照射野皮肤损伤,采取针对性地应用贯新克喷剂局部喷涂护理措施,能有效地缓解肿胀,促进辐射性损伤皮肤的愈合。

Objective To investigate the compound vitamin solution of radiotherapy skin damage after radiation field care treatment.Methods 40 routine postoperative radiotherapy in patients with skin lesions,on the basis of routine care grams of spray application of the new local spray penetration to observe the partial relief of swelling,the healing time.Skin care routine with the conventional method of treatment of 40 cases were compared.Results The penetration of new grams of spray painting a week after the local total efficiency（95.77%）,significantly higher than control group（78.34%）.Conclusion Postoperative radiation field radiotherapy skin damage,take appropriate use of local spray penetration of new nursing grams of spray,which can effectively alleviate the swelling and promote healing of radiation damage the skin.
