老年慢性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素测定的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的甲状腺激素水平的变化规律。方法用电化学发光法检测51例不同程度慢性心力衰竭老年患者和34例正常对照者血清甲状腺激素的含量。结果心功能Ⅳ级老年患者与心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者比较,TT3和FT3明显降低(P<0.01),TT4、FT4、TSH均无明显变化(P>0.05),无统计学意义;老年心功能Ⅳ级患者抗心力衰竭治疗前后比较,部分患者TT3和FT3明显升高(P<0.05),但仍有患者TT3和FT3无改变,心功能也无改善。结论检测老年慢性心力衰竭患者的甲状腺激素的含量,对反映病情状况及观测预后有重要的临床应用价值。
