高校师资建设典型范式分析与研究——以江苏省省属高校为例

Analysis and research on the typical paradigm of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities——A case study of Jiangsu Provincial colleges and universities since the eleventh five-year plan

根据我国高校师资建设典型范式,在对其结构框架进行分析的基础上,通过改革师资管理机构设置、拓宽教师的进修渠道和建立健全教师流动的科学机制等三个方面,探讨高校师资建设典型范式发展的科学机制。期望在教育改革逐步深入的时代背景下,对我国高校师资队伍建设的发展提供有益参考和借鉴。

Based on the typical paradigm of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities and the analysis of its framework,and with the reform of teaching staff management,the widened channels for teacher＇ continuous education and the establishment and the improvement of the scientific mechanism for teachers＇ flow,a tentative study is carried out on the scientific mechanism for the development of the typical paradigm of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.Useful reference is expected to be provided for the development of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.
