摘要
从南海深海海泥中分离得到1株海洋细菌SHB109。采用形态学鉴定方法,并结合16S rDNA序列分析确定其为枯草芽胞杆菌斯皮兹亚仁亚种(Bacillus subtilis subsp.spizizenii)。从其发酵液中分离得到3个化合物,通过1H-NMR,13C-NMR及HR ESI MS光谱分析将它们鉴定为surfactin家族的化合物,分别为ai-C13、i-C14、ai-C15 surfactin(Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Leu)。
Bacterium SHB109 obtained from deep-sea sediment collected from the South China Sea was characterized with morphological combined with 16S rDNA sequence analysis and confirmed strain was Bacillus subtilis subsp.spizizenii.Three compounds were isolated from its fermentation broth,and identified as surfactin family through 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and HRESIMS data analysis: ai-C13,i-C14,ai-C15(Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Leu) respectively.
