摘要 目的:研究个体化饮食护理干预对高脂血症患者血脂的影响。方法:50例高脂血症患者按照血脂水平随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。研究组患者每日给予个体化的饮食护理干预并口服鱼油补充剂胶囊800 mg,对照组给予常规化护理并口服相同剂量的橄榄油胶囊,服用周期为6周。两组分别于服用前和停服后测定两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)水平。结果:服用前两组的血脂水平无显著差异。停服后研究组的TG水平显著降低(P<0.05),HDL水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:个体化饮食护理干预对高脂血症患者具有调节血脂的作用。 Objective: To study the effect of personalized dietary nursing on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia patients. Meth- ods :Totally 50 hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups equally according to the levels of serum lipid. The study group took capsules with 800 mg fish oil every day and were accepted personalized dietary nursing for 6 weeks, and the control group took the same amount of olive oil during the same period and were accepted routine nursing. The se- rum total cholesterol( TC), triglyeride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) and low density lipoprotein cho- lesterol(LDL-c) levels were measured both before and after treatment. Results:There were no significant differences in TC ,TG, HDL-c and LDL-c. TG level was significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05 ) and HDL-c was significantly increased( P 〈 0.05) after treatment. Conclusion: Personalized dietary nursing could regulate blood lipid level in hyperlipidemia pa- tients.
