钙、铁和锰对两种灵芝液体培养菌丝体生物量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Calcium,Iron and Manganese on Mycelial Biomass Production by Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma tsugae Grown in Submerged Culture

摘要 探讨了水中不同含量的钙、铁、锰离子对赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)和松杉灵芝(G.tsugae)液体培养下菌丝体生物量的影响。结果表明,在200~1200mg/L时随着Ca浓度增加赤芝生物量逐渐减少,而松杉灵芝在Ca浓度为200mg/mL时生物量最高,在600~1200 mg/mL低于不添加Ca的处理;在Fe浓度为200~600mg/L及200~800mg/L时,赤芝和松杉灵芝的生物量高于不添加的处理,但当浓度超过相应范围时,这两种灵芝的生物量显著降低;Mn浓度为200或400 mg/L时,两种灵芝的生物量较高,当浓度超过800mg/L时低于不添加的处理。 The effects of different concentrations of calcium,iron and manganese on mycelial biomass production in submerged cultures of Ganoderma lucidum and G.tsugae were determined.Biomass production in cultures of G.lucidum supplemented with increasing concentrations of Ca over the range 200-1200 mg/L was lower compared with unsupplemented cultures.However,biomass production in G.tsugae cultures was marginally higher with 200 mg/L added Ca but lower in cultures supplemented over the range 600-1200 mg/L.Over the ranges 200-600 mg/L and 200-800 mg/L,Fe had only a marginal enhancing effect on biomass production by G.lucidum and G.tsugae,respectively.However,biomass levels were markedly lower in cultures supplemented with correspondingly higher concentrations of this element.Biomass production by both fungi was higher in cultures supplemented with 200 or 400 mg/L Mn but significantly lower with concentrations of 800 mg/L or higher.
