根据多年的工作经历提出实验室管理机构的设置应从学校的实际出发,并不断发展。建立实验室管理归口机构的根本目的,是为了采取综合措施,营造一个高效率的科学实验工作环境,为创建一流大学目标服务。要从高工作效率的实验室、高效率的工作环节等方面,综合创建高效率的科学实验的工作环境。

A proposal was put forward based on years of work experience,in this paper,that the laboratory management agency should be established and developed according to the reality of the college or university.The fundamental purpose for the establishment of a laboratory management agency is to create a highly efficient environment for scientific experiments and to provide service for the construction of first-class universities.The highly efficient environment for scientific experiments can only be created by integrated construction of efficient laboratories,and efficient connections between different works.
