摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的可行性、安全性。方法:回顾分析我院2002年2月～2010年10月LC治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎127例的疗效。结果:腹腔镜胆囊切除124例,中转开腹3例。结论:LC治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎是安全、可行的。
Objective:To study the feasibility and safety of LC in patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis.Methods:The clinical data of 127 patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis who underwent LC from February 2002 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:124 cases accepted LC successfully,and 3 cases were converted to open procedures.Conclusion:LC for patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis is safe and feasible.
