摘要 通过研究四种显微结构不同的Al2O3陶瓷加工表面粗糙度的变化规律,来探讨Al2O3陶瓷材料加工表面粗糙度与其显微结构的关系。结果表明,Al2O3陶瓷材料加工表面粗糙度决定于磨料粒径和材料显微结构。总的来说,磨料粒径和陶瓷晶粒越小,表面粗糙度精度越高。当磨料粒径降到与陶瓷晶粒尺寸级别相当,或者更小时,决定Al2O3陶瓷材料加工表面粗糙度的关键因素是材料气孔的大小数量。材料越致密,其加工表面粗糙度的精度就能加工得越高。 The relation between machined surface roughness and microstructure of Al2O3 ceramics was investigated by analyzing the changes of machined surface roughness for four kinds of Al2O3 ceramics with different microstructure.The results indicated that the machined surface roughness was determined by abrasive size and Al2O3 ceramics grains.Generally speaking,the smaller the abrasive size,the higher the precision of surface roughness.When the abrasive size decreased to the similar to or smaller than the grain size of Al2O3 ceramics,the machined surface roughness of Al2O3 ceramics was determined by the size and content of pore in machined ceramics.The Al2O3 ceramics were denser,the degree of its surface roughness and machining accuracy could be higher.
