摘要
以一次放射源污染金属的事故为例,剖析了这起事故的原因,结合经验教训,从监督管理的角度浅谈废旧金属熔炼需要关注的几个问题,并提出了建议。
In this paper, a radioactive-contamination incident was analyzed. Based on the experiences and lessons gained, concern is focused on a few aspects that need to be considered on the ground of regulatory control, with some suggestions provided.
