Proteomic Study of Irradiation Effect on Lung Cells

摘要 蛋白质组学技术在肺癌疾病研究中的广泛应用,为寻找辐射致肺癌早期诊断和治疗的新指标,以及在辐射防护领域采用蛋白质组学技术对辐射致肺癌进行系统的研究分析奠定了基础。本文介绍了蛋白质组学及其技术平台,以及蛋白质组学在肺癌研究中的应用现状和展望。 Proteomic study methods and techniques provide useful and important support to the research of lung cancer induced by irradiation. To establish two-dimensional electrophoresis profiles with high resolution radiated with different dimensional electrophoresis, to establish differentially expressed proteins and to search the specific tumor markers of lung cancer induced by irradiation for diagnosis and therapy.
