宁夏208例胃癌危险因素的病例对照研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨宁夏地区胃癌高发的相关危险因素,找出可以干预的一些相关因素。方法以2008年5月至2008年10月经胃镜检出并经病理确诊的胃癌208例作为研究对象,按1∶2频数匹配原则选取同性别、年龄(相差±5岁)、同一民族、同一居住地的慢性浅表性胃炎416例,进行问卷调查,进行条件Logistic回归分析。结果多因素条件Logistic回归分析结果显示宁夏地区胃癌发病与幽门螺杆菌感染(OR=4.454,95%CI=2.763~7.180)、胃癌家族史(OR=3.574,95%CI=1.909~6.689)、食用腌渍食品(OR=2.485,95%CI=1.574~3.922)和饮井水或窖水(OR=1.914,95%CI=1.216~3.014)密切相关。结论宁夏地区胃癌高发危险因素包括幽门螺杆菌感染、胃癌家族史、经常食用腌渍食品、饮井水或窖水,因此改善饮水条件、防治幽门螺杆菌感染、改变当地居民的生活方式及进行健康宣教对降低胃癌的发生至关重要。 Objective To investigate the risk factors of gastric cancer in Ningxia.Methods 208 cases with gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology were selected from May to October 2008 from a hospital.According to the principle of 1∶2 matching,416 controls with chronic gastritis were paired to cases matched in age,gender,ethnicity and residence.Uniform questionnaire was made and all data were analyzed by logistic regression.Results The results of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that gastric cancer was closely related to HP(OR=4.454,95%CI=2.763~7.180),family history of gastriccancer(OR=3.574,95%CI=1.909~6.689),eating pickled food(OR=2.485,95%CI=1.574~3.922) and drinking the well water or stored rain water(OR=1.914,95%CI=1.216~3.014).Conclusion The results showed the risk factors of gastric cancer in Ningxia included infection of HP,drinking the well water or stored rainwater,eating pickled food,family history of gastric cancer.
