超低渗油藏致密储层前置酸压裂工艺技术研究

摘要 从合水油田庄36井区三叠系长8组油藏边部油层减薄、岩性致密、常规的水力加砂压裂难以获得理想的改造效果出发,有针对性地开展了前置酸压裂工艺技术研究。通过详细分析前置酸增产机理,在储层岩矿特征和储层敏感性分析的基础上,进行了前置酸加砂压裂酸液体系选型与优化;根据储层特征确定了改造规模和设计参数,取得了较好的现场试验效果。 In the light of difficulty to acquire ideal transformation results through conventional hydraulic fracturing with sands as proppant from the well Zhuang36 area of thin and tight Triassic Chang8 oil reservoirs" edge of Heshui oilfield, research of prepad acid fracturing technology has been developed accordingly. Through specific analysis of incremental mechanism of prepad acid, on the basis of analysis of reservoir rock mineralogy features and reservoir sensibility, type selection and optimization of aeidizing fluid system of prepad acid sand-propped fracturing have been performed. The transformation scale and design parameters are determined according to reservoir features, with good results of site test.
