摘要
规划拟建的塔林西水利枢纽工程是以发电为主,同时兼有防洪、改善生态环境、养鱼、森林防火、旅游等综合利用效益的大型水利枢纽工程。工程的建设将改变坝下的水文情势,对呼玛河自然保护区的鱼类资源带来一定的影响。为了减缓水文情势变化对下游水生生物的不利影响,就要确保河道内的生态需水量。在分析坝下生态保护目标的基础上,利用Tennant法对坝下生态需水量进行评估与计算,并对工程实施后河道径流变化进行分析,对生态需水的保证条件进行评估。
Talinxi Hydro-complex Project is a large-scale comprehensive water conservancy project, taking power generation as the main purpose, and gives considerations to flood control, ecological environment improvement, fish raising, fire fight for forest, tourism etc. The proposed project will change the hydrological situation in the lower reach of the dam and affect the fishery resources in the natural reserve along the Huma River. The ecological water demand should be guaranteed within the river course in order to relieve the un-favorable impacts on aquatic organism in the lower reach due to changed hydrological sit- uation. Based on the analysis of ecological protection objects in the lower reach of the dam, Tennant method is applied to as- sess and calculate the ecological water demand, and the runoff change of river course is analyzed after construction of the pro- ject, and the guarantee conditions are assessed for ecological water demand.
