黑龙江省滨水景观规划设计中若干生态问题的探讨

Discussion on Several Ecological Problems for Waterfront Landscape Planning and Design in Heilongjiang Province

近期黑龙江省委和省政府提出了加快全省滨水城市建设的要求,各地开展了城市滨水景观的规划设计,以提高城市综合防洪能力,改善城市河道及其两岸水景观和生态环境,为两岸居民营造一个"亲水"的自然景观和水边环境。在城市滨水景观规划设计中遇到了一些值得研究和思考的问题,分析存在的主要问题,根据生态水利工程的理论和人水和谐的现代治河理念,探讨解决这些问题的途径和方法。

Recently, Heilongjiang Province Communist Party Commission and Heilongjiang Province Government put forward a requirement for quickening the construction of the waterfront landscape and carrying out the planning and design of water- front landscape in order to increase the ability of comprehensive flood control in each city, improve the waterfront landscape and ecological environment along the river course and both banks of the cities, create a natural water embracing landscape and waterfront environment for the residents living on both banks around the whole province. There are some problems worthy of being discussed and thought over during the planning and design of urban waterfront landscape. In this study, major problems are analyzed, relevant ways and methods are introduced to solve these problems according to the theory of ecological water conservancy project and modern river controlling view on the harmonious relationship between human beings and water.
