小城镇发展现状的社会学解析——以安徽省梅渚镇为例

A Sociological Analysis on the Current Developing Status of Small Towns:A Case Investigation of Meizhu Town in Anhui Province

早在20世纪90年代国家就提出发展小城镇的计划,通过使农村居民"离土不离乡",就近进入小城镇来完成城市化的过程。通过梳理目前学界有关的小城镇研究,以安徽省梅渚镇为案例,实地观察与访谈当地的居民,详细分析了目前梅渚镇作为一个典型的中部小城镇发展过程中出现的问题,揭示了各主体在小城镇发展过程中的不足,尝试找到问题的答案。

The plan to develop small towns has been proposed by the government since 1990s.The major goal is to accomplish the urbanization by moving rural residents from countryside to small towns that are not far away from their hometowns.The paper reviews all the relevant researches,and implements a case investigation in Meizhu town.By interviewing the local residents and observing this town,the problems that happened during the development of this typical small town in the middle area of China are analyzed.In the end,some deficiencies are revealed and some countermeasures are proposed for the small town development.
