"经济人"理念常被用于解释经济现象中的利己行为,但是无论对于政府还是农民,社会性也是不可忽视的一个方面。在"三农"政策执行过程中,"经济人"和"社会人"属性共同对政策执行结果造成了影响,通过保定市的调查结果,验证了这一结论。

＂Economic man＂ is used to interpret the selfishness in economic activity.However,the social nature can not be ignored either for government or for farmers.In the ＂Agriculture,Peasant and Rural Areas＂ policy implementation process,the nature of ＂economic man＂ and ＂social man＂ affects the policy＇s result.This conclusion can be verified by the survey data from Baoding city.
