摘要股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoralhead,ONFH）指由多种病因造成股骨头血液循环中断或受损,导致骨细胞、骨髓造血细胞、脂肪细胞等股骨头骨的有活力成分的不同程度地死亡,并且坏死与修复同时进行,股骨头坏死区的力学强度逐渐下降,继而引起股骨头塌陷[1],最终发展为严重的骨性关节炎嘲，患髋出现疼痛、功能障碍等症状。
