摘要
研究运用Maslach倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MB)I对244名旅行社驾驶员进行测量。在数据统计的基础之上对部分被试和组织管理者进行访谈。结果发现影响工作倦怠产生的因素有:(1)个人因素中的性别、信仰和人格特质因素;(2)工作环境中的高工作量、人际情绪压力和缺乏工作控制资源的因素;(3)组织管理中的缺乏组织支持、信息反馈不足和缺乏公平原则因素。
The study used the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),tested 244 travel agencies drivers.In statistical data,pick up the high burnout people,low burnout people,as well as their management to have interviews.The results showed that there are many factors to influence job burnout.(1) In personal factor there have sex,faith and personality trait.(2) In the environment of workplace there are work overload,breakdown of community and lack of control.(3) In organizations,the support,insufficient reward and absence of fairness are very important for job burnout.
