摘要 本文回顾了近年来国外对于以标准为导向的职业人格量表的研究,总结了关于该类人格量表在人事选聘中使用的有效性及其结构的研究成果,并对该领域未来的研究方向提出展望。 The paper reviewed the foreign researches on Criterion-Focused Occupational Scales of recent years, and summarized the research findings on the constructs of COPS and the validity of COPS used in personnel selection, thus point out the direction of future studies in this field.
