摘要
组织公民行为被认为是组织有效运作的重要因素之一,它是近年来管理心理学研究的热点问题。本文从组织公民行为的本质与维度、与其影响因素间关系和与其结果变量的关系等各个方面进行回顾和评析,并展望了OCB未来的研究方向。
Organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) is considered as an important factor in effective function of organization, and is a hot issue research in management of psychology in recent years. This paper reviewed and analyzed the literatures of OCB in China from three aspects: the nature and dimensions of OCB, antecedent of OCB and its relationship with OCB, consequence of OCB and its relationship with OCB, which were compared with those abroad, and look to the future research directions of OCB.
