大学生职业锚与职业成熟度的相关研究

Current Situation and Relationship Study on Career Anchor and Career Maturity of College Students

目的:探究大学生职业锚与职业成熟度的现状及其关系。方法:采用大学生职业锚量表和大学生职业成熟度量表对639名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①大学生职业锚在年级上不存在显著差异,但部分维度在性别存在显著性差异(P<0.05);②大学生职业成熟度在年级上不存在显著差异,但职业价值和职业参照维度在性别上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);③大学生职业锚与职业成熟度总体上存在显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:职业锚是职业成熟度的重要影响因素,各高校应有效应用职业锚开展大学生职业生涯的设计。

Objective To distribute characters and relationships of career anchor and career maturity of the college students.Methods 639 undergraduates were assessed with ＂Undergraduate career anchor Scale＂ and ＂Undergraduate Career Maturity Scale＂.Results ①There is no significant difference in the career anchor of different grades,but some parts of career anchor had significant differences in gender（P0.05）;②Career maturity did not had significant differences in grade,but there are significant differences in the parts of career maturity of different genders（P0.05）;③Career anchor had significant correlation with career maturity（P0.05）.Conclusion Career anchor is an important influence factor of career maturity,our colleges should use career anchor types and characteristics for students career planning.
