摘要
针对位于林缘区的合水区块在储层改造过程中用液量大,改造后的液体处理成本高、环保压力大的难题,研发了能够循环利用特点的环保型压裂液。该体系在储层改造结束后,返排液通过配套的回收处理装置处理后.再利用二次配液技术,实现循环利用。现场应用表明,返排液的回收率、回收利用率、优化后的液体性能均得到明显提高。单井组节约用水达30.0%以上,为开发类似区块提供了一种有效的技术手段。
In the light of difficulties such as large volume of fracturing fluid, high cost of fluid handling after transformation, and big problems in environment protection in the process of transforming reservoirs, in the Heshui block located in the forest edge zone, a recyclable environment-friendly fracturing fluid has been developed. After reservoir stimulation, through processing by the supporting recycling installation, and using the second fluid-distribution technique, the flowback fluid has been achieved recyclable utihzat^ion. Field applications show that the recycled utilizing rate of the flowback fluid and the fluid properties after optimization have been significantly improved. Water savings from single-well group are more than 30.0%. This provides an effective technological means for the development of similar blocks.
