高分子材料修补技术在油田维修中的应用

Application of Repair Technology with Macromolecular Materials to Oilfield Maintenance

分析了高分子材料修补技术在油田设备、容器、管线等设施出现磨损、腐蚀、机械损伤等情况下进行维修应用的可行性．通过4种不同应用实例，说明了高分子材料修补技术的合理应用可以更为安全、高效地完成油田设施的雏修工作．并且对免动火维修具有很好的借鉴意义。

This paper analyzed the feasibility of the maintenance application that the macromolecular material technology applied in oil field equipment repair, containers, pipelines and other facilities while the wear, corrosion, mechanical damage and other cases happens. Through four different application examples, this paper stated that the proper application of the polymer materials repair technology can complete the oil field facilities maintenance and repair more securely and efficiently and have a good reference for the fire-free maintenance.
