摘要
本文以瓦锡兰大型低速二冲程柴油机为例,对传统的安装工艺进行总结,综合论述了瓦锡兰新型安装工艺对柴油机各部件安装的优化。针对机座、机架、气缸体、曲轴及连杆和贯穿螺栓等重要部位的安装,以瓦锡兰RT-flex82C型机为实例进行了研究。
This article takes the Wartsila large low-speed two-stroke diesel engine for example,summarizes traditional installing craft,discusses Wartsila new installation technology about the installation optimization of diesel engine＇s different parts.This passage based on Wartsila RT-flex82C search for the important parts installation as bedplate,entablature,cylinders,crankshaft and connecting rod,cylinder block and through bolts.
