家蚕病原微生物检测诊断研究进展

Research Progress in Detection and Diagnosis of Pathogenic Microorganism to Bombyx mori L.

简述了家蚕病原微生物主要种类,并从传统镜检、免疫学和分子生物学三个方面,介绍了已用于家蚕病原微生物检测诊断的生物技术,探讨了可用于这一领域的新技术新思路。

This paper briefly introduced primary species of pathogenic microorganism to silkworm bombyx,and presented the biotechnology employed in detection and diagnosis of pathogenic microorganism from the following three aspects as microscopic examination, immunology and molecular biology. Some new technologies and idea were discussed, which show favorable development prospects in this field.
