论我国公益信托监管机制的完善——以提升公益信托的公信力为核心

On the Improvement of Supervision Mechanism of Charitable Trusts——Taking the Improvement of Credibility as the core

公益信托的生命力在于其公信力,因而公益信托监管机制完善要围绕提升其公信力展开。针对我国公益信托监管机制存在的问题,应从协调外部监管机制,完善内部监管机制,形成对公益信托的设立、运营及其退出监管的全程运行监管机制,以提升公益信托的公信力,促进我国公益信托事业的发展。

The vitality of charitable trusts lies in its credibility.Therefore,the improvement of supervision mechanism of charitable trusts shall start from the improvement of credibility.In accordance with the existing problems in charitable trusts in China,we shall coordinate external supervision mechanism and improve internal supervision mechanism to form an overall process supervision mechanism,including establishment,operation and withdrawal.
