随着风险社会的来临,应急处置已呈现出常态化。为了确保校园安全,也需要制定一系列具有针对性、实操性的应急预案。公安院校的警务战术训练有着鲜明的特点,不少科目都带有潜在的风险。但目前各地公安院校的警务战术训练普遍存在问题。在制定警务战术训练安全应急预案时,只有坚持以警务战术训练突发事件为主导的原则、专家参与原则和强化动态管理的原则,才能最大限度地预防伤害事件的发生,确保警务战术训练的安全。

With the coming of risk society,emergency disposal tends to be normalized.In order to ensure campus security,a series of pertinent and operational contingency plans shall be established.The policing strategy and tactics training in police colleges has distinct features and there are some potential risks in some subjects.In making contingency plans,we shall follow the principles of emergent events leading,expert participation and dynamic management to prevent injury cases from happening.
