The Influence on Archival Work by "Urban Memory Project"

本文将结合各地开展"城市记忆工程"的实例,从观念、档案管理工作、机制和社会影响力这四方面分别探讨该工程给档案工作带来的发展机遇:促使档案工作者的观念转变,开拓档案管理工作的新局面,促进档案工作机制的构建和完善,提升档案工作的社会影响力。笔者认为,该工程给档案工作带来机遇的同时,也使档案部门在完善档案管理机制、加强沟通和分工合作、实现档案信息资源的整合以及提高档案开发利用水平上面临着挑战。

In this article,the author analyzed some relevant cases to discuss what opportunities the project brings to archival work from the following aspects：the concept,archival management work,the management system and mechanism,and social influence.It means that it can promote the archivists to change their concept,open a new situation for archival management,promote the construction and improvement of archival management mechanism,and enhance the social influence of archival work.The author also analyzed the challenges facing the archive departments：how to improve the archival management mechanism,strengthen the communication and cooperation,archive the integration of archival information resources and to improve the level of development and utilization of archival information.
