摘要
在全民健身运动如火如荼开展的时期,瑜伽以其健身兼顾修心的优点被人们广泛关注和接受。文章通过对传统瑜伽和现代瑜伽运动的比较,揭示了现代瑜伽运动中修炼者对于传统瑜伽的误解而导致的背离,使人们在进行健身运动的同时,避免因对瑜伽的误解而带来的身心伤害。
In the vigorous development of nationwide fitness campaign, yoga has enjoyed widespread concern and acceptance because it can not only body-build but also cultivate the heart and nature culture, the paper shows that modem yoga deviates from traditional yoga and helps people to avoid physical and psychological harm for misunderstanding.
